Why this one
- Fruiting body, not mycelium. Mycelium-on-grain products carry the grain with them. Fruiting body is the actual mushroom, and it is where the beta-glucans concentrate.
- Dual extraction. Hot water pulls the polysaccharides, alcohol pulls the terpenes. Doing only one leaves half the mushroom behind.
- Standardised, not estimated. Every batch is tested to 30% beta-glucans rather than labelled by raw weight.
How to use
Take 2 capsules daily with food, in the morning or early afternoon.
